Heavy duty Spin Static.  When used with a cable pulley and a mallion link this pulley is orientatied parallel to the cable.   Fully inclosed 4" sheave keeps out contaminants and protects the user from an open wheel.  Unlike other designs, the sheave can be rotated 180° in the field to extend its useful life.  The D shaped top rigging hole accepts two steel carabineers.   Built with 304 stainless steel side plates and axle,  .690 web thickness around the clip-in hole, this shear reduction pulley has unparalleled strength and versatility.
